- Embed Safety as a Core Value in all Projects and within the Office
- Always document and mutually agree Scope of Work (SoW) in writing with Client and/or its engineers
- Develop a realistic project execution plan with risk management aspects
- Ensure smooth integration, alignment, collaboration and communication among all the stakeholders
- Manage contract terms and scope change, time and cost change control systematically – Don’t create Surprises, Disappointment and Disputes!
- Internal and external to ECS – Respect for all has to be a Core Value at all times
- Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management has to always be coordinated
- Integrated programme has to be created and regular updates maintained with proper dashboard reporting weekly.
- Timeliness in service delivery and prompt payment are just as important!
- “Deliver on Promises” Take responsibility! Don’t Assume – Ask! – Be impeccable with your word.
