  2. Always document and mutually agree Scope of Work (SoW) in writing with Client and/or its engineers
  3. Develop a realistic project execution plan with risk management aspects
  4. Ensure smooth integration, alignment, collaboration and communication among all the stakeholders
  5. Manage contract terms and scope change, time and cost change control systematically – Don’t create Surprises, Disappointment and Disputes!
  6. Internal and external to ECS – Respect for all has to be a Core Value at all times
  7. Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management has to always be coordinated
  8. Integrated programme has to be created and regular updates maintained with proper dashboard reporting weekly.
  9. Timeliness in service delivery and prompt payment are just as important!
