The NEC4 Term Service Contract (TSC4) is intended to be used for the appointment of a supplier for a period of time to manage and provide a service maintaining or operating a facility or infrastructure either on a continuous basis or a task by task basis or a combination of both.   Whereas the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract would be used to engineer and build a facility or infrastructure, the TSC4 would then be used on completion of the project to manage and provide maintenance or operational services for a fixed period of time.

The NEC4 Term Service Short Contract (TSSC4) is also available for more straight-forward maintenance services.
