• All the clauses in the SC3 including terminology, early warning, obligations and responsibilities of the Parties, subcontracting, the Suppliers programme, defect management, payment, compensation events, risks, liabilities, insurance, termination, and dispute resolution.
• Development of the Scope of Work, called the Goods Information in SC3.
