Infrastructure Delivery Management System

The Framework for Infrastructure Delivery Management and Procurement Management (FIDPM) focuses on governance decision-making points, as well as alignment and roles that enable effective infrastructure delivery and procurement processes.

This course is a two-day introductory online course and is presented by ECS using MS Teams for
professionals such as Project Sponsors, Project Directors, Operations and Maintenance Managers. This course is presented as an overview of the Framework for FIDPM.

The course fee is R3600 vat excluded per delegate or R3200 per delegate for 3 or more from the same organisation.
Attendees will obtain a certificate of attendance.

Synopsis of course:
The FIDPM is in effect from 1 October 2019 and it applies to organs of state, which are subject to the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). It is also applicable to organisations that implement infrastructure projects on behalf of other organs of state in terms of section 238 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996.
