To deal with typical challenges that may occur and how to be an effective ECC Project Manager.

This course will help individuals recognise the key roles of a project manager and the importance of their role within it.

Successful completion of this training program will enable a delegate to describe themselves as an accredited NEC3 project manager with specific reference to the ECC.  The delegate will be able to demonstrate the key processes crucial to the NEC3 and how to apply them to an ECC project. There will be references to common NEC processes and applications, but this training program is specifically intended to be used on projects.

ECS Associates provides construction project management courses in South Africa training in two different delivery formats: classroom and on-line. It is held over 4 days.
